We over-built dashboards. We never built a helper.
Most people spend two or three quiet hours a day on admin. Reconciling cards. Triaging the inbox. Rescheduling. Hunting receipts. Filing. Following up. Apologizing.
For decades the answer was "here is an app for that." Then a hundred apps, then dashboards to orchestrate the apps, then channels to discuss the dashboards.
The actual job, the one a good assistant does for you, is to make all of it go away. Mustro is software being honest about that job.

Mustro is the editor of a daily paper with exactly one reader. His job is not to show you everything, it is to name the three things that matter today, then step aside.

Two things he cannot do
The day an assistant sends mail under your name without asking is the day you stop trusting it. Mustro never sends mail as you, and he never moves your money. No level changes either one.

Your data is not the product
We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or train models on it. The inference providers we use are under zero-retention terms. Your training records are not anyone's training set.

Trust is earned one level at a time
Every Skill starts at drafts for approval, where Mustro prepares the action and waits. Raising a level is deliberately heavy, lowering one is a single tap, and a kill switch drops everything back to drafts at once.

Built with the people using it
We bring people on a few at a time. The roadmap comes from what people ask for repeatedly, not from a backlog with no faces attached.
I built Mustro because I was tired of being my own assistant.

I am a software engineer with a handful of small projects in flight. For years the bottleneck on every one of them was the same. Not strategy, not money, not even the hard engineering. It was me, drowning in reconciliations and inbox triage at 11pm when I should have been doing the work only I could do.
I tried the apps, the spreadsheets, the dashboards. None of them gave me what I wanted: one thing I could talk to that already knew about my money, my time and my inbox, and would just handle it, checking in only when something needed me.
The part that finally decided it was training. I lift four or five times a week and log every session in Strong: over 800 workouts in the last five years. I know exactly what I lifted in March 2021. I could not tell you what I spent that month, which meetings I moved, or which four emails I left someone waiting on.
That gap shaped the first release. Health brings training and recovery into the same brief. Habits holds the week I meant to have, with a check-in that makes room for what actually happened.
